Requesting a Tutor

Students who would like to request a tutor must first complete the following two forms:

Intake Assessment and Referral Form

Tutorial Assistance Request Form

After fully completing these two forms, students can come by Tutoring Central in the AAC and make an appointment to meet with the Tutorial Coordinator to discuss the type of learning assistance they feel they need. After a careful review, and pending the availability of tutors, students will receive an email announcing a "1st Meeting" with their tutor.

Students must make every effort to show up for their 1st Meeting. Failure to keep this meeting without contacting Tutoring Central will result in their being placed on the wait list for the requested subject area !
