Proceed on Rte. 104 past the Mobil station to the lights in Bridgewater Center, continue straight on Rte. 28 West, through one set of lights. Just past the "pitch and putt" golf course on your right is a set of lights. At this intersection of Rte. 28 & 106, in West Bridgewater, turn left to pick up Rte. 106 West. Follow Rte. 106 until you see signs for Rte. 24. Rte. 24N to Exit 18 A, Route 27 towards Brockton. At the first set of lights, turn left into the Westgate Mall Shopping Plaza area. Take an immediate right and head towards Lowe’s. Turn left in front of Lowe’s and follow the road around until you see Sears on your left, Shields MRI is on the right. If you come to a stop sign with Bertucci’s Pizza in front of you, you have gone too far.

Just past the "pitch and putt" golf course on your right is a set of lights. At this intersection of Rte. 28 & 106, in West Bridgewater, turn left to pick up Rte. 106 West. Follow Rte. 106 until you see signs for Rte. 24. Rte. 24N to 128/95N to Rte. 9 East. Follow for a few miles past Chestnut Hill Mall. When you see "Chestnut Hill Benevolent Society" on your right, you are almost there. 850 is the next large building on your right. Park and go in side. Brigham Orthopedic Associates is immediately on your right as you enter.

Follow Rte. 106 until you see signs for Rte. 24. Rte. 24N to 128/95N to Rte. 9 East. Follow for a about five to six miles. Cross the Riverway and then at about the third or fourth light, turn left onto Francis Street. The Ambulatory Care Building is the second on the right. Parking is available under the building (or down the street on the left). Follow signs inside for Ambulatory Care Registration/Orthopedic Registration/Radiology.

Follow Rte. 106 until you see signs for Rte. 24. Rte. 24N to 128/95N to Exit 15A Rte 1A North Dedham. Follow Rte 1A North until it becomes VFW Parkway (about 3-4 miles). Continue on VFW Parkway to the end. Turn left (you will see signs for Faulkner Hospital)and at the next set of lights, turn left, Faulkner Hospital is on the right. Go to the back of the hospital to park and enter there on the 3^rd floor. Go thru to the front of the hospital. Take the elevator to the 5^th floor. Dr. Martin’s office is to the left off the elevator and then bend around to the right.
