Planner :
Plans campus
events and provides customer service for meetings and conferences
sponsored by student, academic, administrative, and external groups, and
major University events.
Night &
Weekend Event Manager:
The Night & Weekend Event Manager serves as a representative for the
Conference & Event Services Office during the evenings and weekends.
This position requires strong customer service, and problem solving
skills. Basic duties include general office work, greeting guests of
the university, and working with full-time staff.
Office Assistant: Receptionist and office support work for the
Conference and Event Services Office.
Operations Crew Member: Responsible
for setting
up rooms for meetings, conferences, and events by moving and arranging
tables, chairs, and other equipment and furniture. Making
campus and local deliveries. Must be dependable,
responsible for building keys, and able to work with students, staff,
faculty and campus visitors.
Must be able to lift chairs, tables, and other materials
as needed. Assists other Conference and Events staff with last
minute changes and trouble-shooting.
Operations - Office Assistant:
The
Operations Office Assistant is responsible for the organization and data
entry of paperwork for facility events taking place on campus. Having
the ability to perform tasks with careful attention to detail in order
to monitor and update various procedural manuals. Operations Assistants
coordinate the delivery of required furniture and equipment from other
campus departments. Basic office computer skills and strong
organizational skills is a requirement for the Operations Assistant
position
Reservations Assistant: Assists the Conference and Event
Services Office Reservationist with processing requests for space for
University meetings and events.
