Alcohol Service Procedures
Contact Conference and Event Services Office, Campus Center, Room 108 to reserve Room
Complete online "Event Reservation Request Form" on the Campus Center & Conferences Website.
Note: BSU liquor license permits service of beer and wine in the following meeting rooms only: Bridgewater Dining Room (One Park Avenue) or the Main Ballroom (Campus Center).
Step 2Contact CESO Coordinator to arrange for catering (food must be served when alcohol is present):
Complete "Alcohol Service Request Form" and forward to Director, Administrative Support Services (Office of Administration & Finance, Boyden Hall, Room 100) for approval.
Step 4Administrative Support Services Office will forward a copy of approved "Alcohol Service Request Form" to:
Step 5- Angela Perkins, Catering
- Dan McHugh, Director, Conference and Event Services
- Campus Police
- Event Sponsor
Sodexho will complete "Bar Inventory Sheet" and forward to Director, Administrative Support Services (Office of Administration & Finance, Boyden Hall, Room 100) with Register tape for cash bars within two business days of event.
Step 6Administrative Support Services will prepare invoice and send to CESO coordinator.
Step 7Administrative Support Services will collect and deposit revenues in the Event Beverage Account.
