Information for New Faculty and Librarians

This information is intended to provide you with the basic services -- campus ID, parking, e-mail, keys, and telephone -- that you will need as a new faculty member or librarian. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact your department support person.

Connect Card (Identification card)

The Office is located in Hunt Hall, Room 10. Terms & Conditions can be printed from the Web site.

Relocation Information

BSU User Account - for computer access and e-mail account

Forward a User Account Request Form to Linda Bardwell, Human Resources, Boyden Hall.
For access to the Student Information System, please contact the Office of the Registrar at extension 1231.

Key Request Procedure - this will allow you access to your building at anytime

Once a Key/Access Card Request Form is completed, it will need to be approved by the following:
  • Chairperson of the Department
  • Provost & Vice President London
  • Director of Facilities, Keith MacDonald

Telephone Access - A "PAC" code is required to make long-distance calls that are billed to the College.

Submit a written request via email to kfilippini@bridgew.edu from your department chair and include the following:
  1. Name
  2. Title
  3. Department
  4. Domestic and/or International
  5. Expiration date (if any)
