Student Resolution Specialist

The Student Resolution Specialist is available to students with academic concerns and questions.

The Student Resolution Specialist handles the following appeals for the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs:

• Appeals for exceptions to the refund policy
• Appeals for waivers of additional charges for evening courses
• Appeals to "walk" in the May commencement ceremony
  (There are no "walkers" in the January commencement ceremony)
• Appeals for exceptions to graduation requirements
• Appeals for GPA (Grade Point Average) restarts after readmission

Directions for filing an appeal

• Letters of Appeal or Concern
• Request to Walk in May 2013 Commencement
• Waivers of Evening Course Charges
