Why is a request to make simple changes to my office;
such as, adding an outlet, a wall, or A/C unit considered a project?
What may seem like a simple request to you may actually
be a Project because there are always other problems that need to be rectified
before your request can be honored. An example would be the installation of
an outlet. Some buildings are nearing capacity for the electrical services which
means that a new service may have to be installed in order to add a new outlet.
When are the major construction
projects set to begin and end?
Please refer to the Planning and
Construction page by clicking here. The Planning and Construction page will give you
information on capital projects and college renovation and repair projects
that are currently on-going, upcoming, or completed.
How do I place a work order request?

requests. If you have an
EMERGENCY, please call:

How long does it take for a work order request to be completed?
That depends upon the work order request and the work load of the
shops. In requesting keys, timing is critical. The beginning of a semester
and the opening of a new building makes for large volume and delays in processing.
It is important to remember that customer service receives numerous work orders
each day.
