  • Advocating for GLBT individuals, groups, and issues in the BSU campus setting
  • Promoting professional advancement of GLBT faculty, staff, and student members while encouraging and supporting the recognition of service contributions
  • Nominee must demonstrate leadership in an organization, program, project, or other effort that advances equity and awareness of the GLBT community
  • Creating projects that promote greater awareness of GLBT issues, including actual and potential oppression, within the University community
