About the Committee

Every effort is made to create a diverse group with representatives from departments across the campus. The Recognition Review Committee consist of 2 AFSCME members, 2 APA members, 2 Excluded employees, and 1 Human Resources Representative. Committee members are not permitted to submit nominations and are not eligible to receive an award during the year they serve.

The Recognition Review Committee reviews the nominations for both the DRIVE Awards and the Performance Recognition Program (State Awards). In both award programs, the committee puts forth it's recommendations to the respective Vice President's for final approval.
