All students must promptly notify the Registrar's Office, Boyden Hall, Room 003, of any change in name or address by using the appropriate form. Official legal documentation (i.e. marriage certificate) must be presented.
Forms may be printed from the university web site at www.bridgew.edu/registrar/forms.cfm.
Important! You must also inform ISS of the change of address within 10 days of moving so that we can update your new address in SEVIS. You may send an email with this information to firstname.lastname@example.org. See the section on SEVIS for information on name change.
