Larry has spent forty years as a science teacher, first as a middle school Earth science teacher and is presently a Master Teacher in the physics department at Masconomet Regional High School. Larry's work with the Salem State Collaborative, UMass/Lowell's Project Update, the Lowell Region Physics Alliance and the American Association o f Physics Teachers has had a most positive impact locally, statewide, and nationally. He has incorporated many aspects of technology into his lessons and laboratories and he is adept in the use of computers, software, electronic probes, and video cameras. Beyond Larry's recognition as an outstanding science educator, he is a kind and supportive staff member to all fortunate enough to work with him and he is an exemplary roles model and mentor to students and colleagues.
