Ronald Pike, 2000

Ronald PikeRon Pike is a professor emeritus from Merrimack College. He is best known as one of the founders of Microscale Chemistry. Former students remember him as the best organic chemistry teacher they ever had. Through the National Microscale Center he has achieved international recognition. A Finnish professor wrote that through Ron's efforts Finland is now the first country using microscale in Europe. From Mexico, we learned that because of Dr. Pike, three thousand Mexican teachers are now able to offer chemistry in their schools and that "...laboratory chemistry teaching has been transformed in my country forever. HIs impact has well transceneded the continenetal frontiers."
