Mr. Baldwin serves as the president’s primary deputy and works with all members of the senior leadership team to advance the institutional agenda. A member of the president’s cabinet, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for aligning the college’s strategic plan with evolving presidential priorities and further refining the institution-wide integrated planning process. In addition, he manages the day-to-day operations of the President's Office staff and provides executive oversight of the Office of Institutional Communications. Mr. Baldwin is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in communication and public discourse from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In addition, he holds a master's degree in political communication from Emerson College and a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from UMass-Amherst. He has presented more than a dozen papers at national academic conferences; has taught undergraduates and graduate students at Suffolk, Emerson and BSC; is the author of several monographs written for government agencies; and was a contributor to Displacing Place: Mobile Communication in the Twenty-First Century (Peter Lang, 2007). Prior to joining the president’s team in 2002, Bryan served as an economic counselor for the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Dr. Molife provides research and advice to the president and cabinet on major initiatives, faculty issues and college policies. She oversees the offices of Institutional Diversity and Affirmative Action. She serves as administrative liaison to the Institutional Review Board, the Engaged Student Learning Task Force, the Global Studies Council, and the President's Climate Commitment Task Force. She also coordinates internal and external administrative professional development. Dr. Molife taught art history at Bridgewater State College from 2001 to 2008 and served as Art Department Chairperson from 2006 to 2008. She earned a MA and Ph.D. in Art History from The University of Iowa, where she also received a MA in Library Science. Ms. Murray coordinates all events sponsored by the President's Office, coordinates the college’s master events calendar and advises the president on all matters pertaining to institutional event planning. Sally joined the President’s Office staff in 2007 following her tenure with the Office of Alumni Relations and Conference and Events Services at BSC. Prior to coming to BSC, she worked as the special events manager for the JFK Library and Museum. Sally has a bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Charlestown and is pursuing her master’s degree in public administration at BSC.

Ms. Machado is responsible for the preparation, analysis, coordination and management of all of the president's office budgets. She is also responsible for resolving complaints and questions for the president's office and is the manager of the Barry House, the presidential residence. In addition, she assists the Beautification and Landscape Committee. Laura began her employment at the college in 1999 in the Office of Administration and Finance where she began working with Dr. Mohler-Faria. She is a graduate of Bristol Community College and is continuing her education at BSC.

Ms. Shaw is the president's staff associate and manages his calendar and travel schedule. She ensures a smooth flow of information between the president, faculty, administrators, staff and external constituents, and handles confidential matters pertaining to the college, the Council of Presidents and the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and she has worked in higher education for fifteen years. She has also completed the Connect Collaborative Leadership Development Program. Please contact Lisa to request a meeting with President Mohler-Faria.

Ms. Keif supports the chief of staff and the executive assistant to the president. She also coordinates special requests from legistlative officials and works closely with the staff associate to the president. Tracey began her employment at the college in 1992 in the Office of the Board of Trustees and assumed her new position in the president's office in September 2007. She is a resident of Lakeville and a graduate of Bristol Community College.

Ms. Zaloga joined the college in December 2007 as Staff Assistant to the Board of Trustees. With over 25 years experience working as an executive assistant in the health care field, Suzanne brings her knowledge and expertise in working with the board of trustees of a local Massachusetts hospital organization. She is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs School in Providence and resides in Berkley, Massachusetts.
