Director of Purchasing

The Director of Purchsaing is responsible for managing the daily operations of the purchasing area; managing  the campus-wide office supply contract; coordinating all major furniture, furnishing and equipment procurements for the college; all construction contract administration; and advising the buyers on unusual and complex procurement issues.


Gina Guasconi, Buyer  II

Ms. Guasconi is responsible for developing  bids and contracts; purchasing commodities, equipment and services; developing office policies and procedures; developing and maintaining the manual for on-line requisitioning; providing training for the campus on the on-line requisitioning system; product research; advising buyers on unusual and complex procurement issues; and for administrating the campus Procurement Card Program, as well as the Staples on-line ordering system.

Diane Chagnon, Buyer II

Ms. Chagnon is responsible for bid development and contract maintenance; supplies and services contracting; assisting in the procurement of major furniture orders, as well as educational and facility equipment and office furnishings; providing purchase order training sessions to the campus community; product research; developing office policies and procedures; developing and maintaining the manual for on-line requestioning; advising buyers on unusual and complex procurement issues; and maintaining the University vendor file .
