Charge

The Committee on New Schools has been charged by the President to conduct a campus-wide discussion about possible structures for academic schools at Bridgewater State College and issue a preliminary report including recommendations, resource implications, and/or further questions.

Questions

  • What alignment of academic departments would assist the institution in furthering: student learning, faculty and student scholarship, curriculum development, outreach efforts, and public service?
  • What would be the advantages and disadvantages of new schools?
