She has presented papers on Edmund Burke, James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, and others, and her current book project is titled "The Sublime Moment: Confrontation, Colonization, and the Modern Irish Novel." |

She recently published "The Bog Gothic" in The Cracked Lookingglass: Highlights from the Leonard L. Milberg Collection of Irish Prose and is revising essays on Oscar Wilde, Patrick McCabe, and Neil Jordan.
