
The Master of Public Administration (MPA) program offers students a chance to prepare for leadership roles in both public and nonprofit sectors. Whether entering the program with little or no managerial experience or as mid-career professionals looking to earn advanced degrees, students will find quality course work and internship opportunities on a flexible schedule and at a convenient location.
The MPA degree program is designed to provide professional education that prepares individuals for leadership roles in public administration and public affairs at the federal, state and local levels, with flexible career opportunities in both the public and nonprofit sectors.
The MPA program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA). The NASPAA accreditation recognizes programs that have gone through a rigorous peer review process and met high standards for professional master's degree programs in public administration.

Bridgewater State University
Founded in 1840, Bridgewater State University is a four-year, comprehensive public university in Southeastern Massachusetts, the fastest-growing region in the northeastern United States.
Bridgewater State University is home to three schools--the School of Education and Allied Studies, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the School of Business. Undergraduate students can choose from 30 majors, 48 minors and 54 areas of concentration. At the graduate level, students are offered a number of master's degree and post-baccalaureate licensure programs, a certificate of advanced graduate study and a collaborative doctoral program with the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
With both day and evening classes, the college serves approximately 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
Located in the heart of Southeastern Massachusetts, Bridgewater State University is just 28 miles south of Boston and is close to Providence and Cape Cod. The college is easily accessible via major highways (I-495, Route 24), as well as the Old Colony Commuter Rail, which has a stop on the campus.
