Rooms in Shea and Durgin Halls are design occupancy double, triple, and 4 person rooms, plus some additional occupancy triple rooms. Furnishings provided by the university include extra-long twin beds (may be bunked if desired), bureau, bookcase, desk and chair, and a closet.
Furniture with the exception of the closets may be moved to suit the desired setup of the residents. Closets are built into the walls of the room.
The walls of the rooms in Shea and Durgin are made of cinder block.
