School of Arts and Sciences

As of July 1, 2010 the School of Arts and Sciences has been split into two new schools: the School of Humanities and Social Sciences; and the School of Science and Mathematics. The former School of Arts and Sciences will no longer exist.

The School of Humanities and Social Sciences includes the departments of:

  • Communication Studies
  • Criminal Justice
  • English
  • Foreign Languages
  • History
  • Music
  • Philosophy
  • Political Science
  • Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Sociology
  • Theater and Dance.

The School of Science and Mathematics includes the departments of:

  • Biological Sciences
  • Chemical Sciences
  • Earth Sciences
  • Geography
  • Physics
  • Mathematics and Computer Science.
