MISSION OF THE BRIDGEWATER STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION

The Mission of the Bridgewater State University Foundation is to facilitate philanthropic support of the University, ensuring all deserving students have access to a high-quality education and the opportunity to apply their learning which will positively impact our community. The BSU Foundation consists of 18 members, one of whom is an undergraduate Student Director. The Student Director is a voting member of the Foundation and is charged with representing the interests of the BSU student body and assisting with building a culture of philanthropy on our campus.

Applicant Requirements

- Be a full-time undergraduate student

- Be at least a second-semester First Year student (must have completed 12 credits or more by the beginning of the Spring 2025 Semester)

- Be able to serve on the BSU Foundation for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

- Be enrolled as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) throughout their term of service

- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00
