Over the last 10 years, Michelle Hacunda has worked in Communications and Marketing in a variety of industries from financial services to higher education to biotechnology. At MilliporeSigma, which is owned by Merck KGaA, she managed internal, external and executive communications for more than 4,000+ global employees. Currently, she serves as a communications and marketing consultant. In her work, she is often responsible for shaping organizational stories through content strategy, thought leadership, and collaborating with sales/product teams.
She earned her BA in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University and MA in Communication Management from Emerson College. At the collegiate level as an adjunct faculty, she has taught Digital Storytelling, Social Media, and Online Content Strategy courses.
