Dr. Margaret Black

Margaret Black earned her doctorate in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2007. Her research focus is developing software and tools for teaching computer hardware and operating systems. Dr. Black was a 2009 Fulbright Scholar to India, has advised ten master's theses, and has received funding from the National Science Foundation for her research. Her hobbies include collecting and restoring vintage computers and electronics as well as writing computer emulators and Android games. She also raises Nigerian Dwarf goats.
