Dr. Todd Harris has 25 years of international consulting, teaching and research experience in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Management at Bridgewater State University. In his writing, teaching, speaking and consulting work, Professor Harris explores topics such as how leaders refine their values, how they evolve, how they overcome failure, and how they inspire and motivate others. Prior to his arrival at Bridgewater State, Harris held senior positions at Liberty Mutual, IBM, CLG Inc., and the Predictive Index. He has advised over 125 Fortune 500 companies and teams from all four major North American sports leagues on their most pressing human capital challenges.
