Michelle Wade completed her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University in Washington D.C. in 2014. Her dissertation focused on the influence of social media on the counselor-client relationship. She has presented at numerous conferences, participated in American Counseling Association leadership opportunities and written on the subject of ethical and legal issues regarding the use of social media in counseling. She is licensed as a professional counselor in the states of Virginia and Maryland, and holds the national certifications of Approved Clinical Supervisor and Nationally Certified Counselor. Her favorite hobbies include reading fiction and digital photography.
