Members of the Bridgewater State University community share what they are most thankful for this year
November is National Gratitude Month, a time to reflect on all that we are thankful for. It encourages us to shift our focus from the negative to appreciating the positives in our lives.
We asked members of the BSU community what they are grateful for this year.
From family, friends and even salamanders, people opened up and shared the things they are most thankful for.
What are you grateful for in 2024?

“I’m grateful because I have a good family. A lot of that is because of my grandmother. She’s the matriarch. She is grateful for us, and we are grateful we still have her with us. She’s been the base of our family forever.”

“I’m grateful for salamanders. They are good indicators of ecosystem diagnostics. They are basically an indicator species. If there are not salamanders present, then something is wrong with the ecosystem.”
