ONLINE AND NIGHT DEGREES TO FIT YOUR SCHEDULE

Get ahead in your career or fulfill the dream of completing your bachelor's degree through Bridgewater State University. Earn your bachelor's degree part-time online or at night through the BSU College of Continuing Studies. We offer 10 degree-completion programs online and 15 programs at night designed for busy adults. Pursue a degree in business, education, the arts, humanities, or one of the social sciences. We also offer undergraduate certificate programs and non-credit professional development programs.

BSU offers a high-quality education at an affordable price with the flexibility you need to fit your schedule and your budget. Choose from more than 600 online and night courses each semester.

Applying for admission or registering for a course is simple. Bridgewater is a transfer-friendly university: we accept college credits from an accredited two- or four-year institution, allowing you to complete your program more quickly. Apply any time. We admit students into our programs throughout the year. There is no deadline to apply for admission into a Continuing Studies online or night program.

All of our online and night degree completion programs are accredited and students in our programs may access financial aid, if they meet eligibility guidelines.

Not a Massachusetts resident? No problem. Continuing Studies students pay the in-state tuition and fee rate for online, night, weekend, summer and winter intersession courses.

Just looking to take one or two undergraduate courses without enrolling in a degree program? Visit our Take a Course page (on the left-hand menu) for registration information and application details.

Continuing Studies Scholarships and scholarships for transfer students

The College of Continuing Studies will offer two new $500 per course scholarships in the 2024 - 25 academic year. One scholarship is designed for paraprofessionals working in Massachusetts public school systems majoring in a CS education program. The other scholarship is for new CS students who have completed the Mass Reconnect program at a community college. Learn more on our scholarship page.

BSU offers Merit Scholarships for transfer students and some departments offer academic scholarships. MORE+
