Dr. Karen L. Hamilton, CPCU, ARM, FRM is the CESB Faculty Director. She was appointed to the position in Fall 2022, when the CESB began operations. She is a certified EMP (Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile) Practitioner and a Lean Stack certified Continuous Innovation Coach. Karen is an entrepreneur at heart and has used her entrepreneurial skills as an intrapreneur to develop programs and new ventures at various academic institutions. She is now applying her skills to develop the CESB into THE hub of support for entrepreneurs and small business owners at BSU and in its surrounding communities!
