Give your career a strong foundation with an accounting and finance degree from Bridgewater State University

The Department of Accounting and Finance at Bridgewater State University immerses you in the language of business, providing you with the analytical and critical thinking skills necessary to drive the global economy with your accounting and finance degree.

The BSU Accounting and Finance Department offers professional certification opportunities designed to fuel your career and prepare you for a broad range of accounting and finance degree jobs. We offer undergraduate degrees in accounting, a master’s in accountancy and graduate certificates.

  • Choose a school with strong ROI. Students who’ve earned BSU degrees in accounting have consistently maintained high CPA exam pass rates and have twice earned the highest pass rates among all Massachusetts institutions for graduate-level, first-time CPA exam takers. Our programs have also been recognized nationally as among the most affordable by AccountingEdu.org.
  • Earn professional certifications. You’ll gain Bloomberg certification and can earn one part of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, one of the top credentials for risk management and insurance industry professionals.
  • Transition easily into graduate school. BSU’s Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) makes it possible for you to work and earn your degrees in accounting through part- and full-time program options.
